DVDs and their buried Easter eggs are even more thick on the ground than when the original volume of Jo Berry's look at outtakes, hidden extras, unscripted and unguarded moments first appeared in 2004. Half a decade on, many more films have made the transition to disc, and the DVD has become part of the fabric of everyday life. This new volume updates the original book, and includes over 100 new entries, from films as far and wide as Star Wars and Star Trek to Clerks II, Charlie And The Chocolate Factory and The Matrix.
With Jo Berry's clear, easy to use, idiot proof instructions, you too can discover:
Gary Oldman's Irish Dracula impersonation (Bram Stoker's Dracula)
The characters in Cloverfield (before the CGI was added)
Keith Richards talking about Johnny Depp (Pirates Of The Caribbean)
Simon Pegg perfecting his action-man jump for Hot Fuzz
Who else could have been in Locke's coffin in Lost
And hundreds of other inspired, unexpected and plain daft eggs from film, TV and music DVDs.
