Comedian Bridget Christie drew on her own real-life experiences when she was writing about a woman experiencing the menopause for the new comedy The Change.
In the series she plays Linda, a 50-year-old woman who is convinced she has early onset dementia, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and depression until a visit to her GP who tells her they are all symptoms of the menopause.
